Join us for our Fall PTA Community Gathering!
Let’s celebrate our wonderful, multicultural school family on November 20 from 6:30-7:30 PM in the cafeteria with food and connection. The PTA will be providing pizza and cookies for everyone to enjoy. If you’re able, we invite you to bring a dish that’s special to your family or culture — homemade or store-bought, anything goes! Feeling creative? You’re welcome to add a small display or notecard to tell us more about your dish or its story.

 Our goal is simple: to share a meal, celebrate our diversity, and spend time together as one school family. Please RSVP here to help us plan for the event.

We invite you to enjoy a meal at Lombardi’s on Tuesday, November 11, from 3 PM to close, and 10% of all sales will be donated to our PTA. Takeout orders count too, but please note that third-party delivery services aren’t included.

Join us for our Open House! Learn more about your student’s daily routine and explore their classroom. Even if you’ve met the teacher before, this is a great chance to see where your child learns, ask questions, and connect with staff and other families. Get a glimpse of the exciting school year ahead!

Get ready for the Dolphin Dash! We need enthusiastic volunteers to help count laps, hand out water, and cheer on our amazing students. Come join the fun, celebrate their efforts, and be part of our school community excitement!

Would you like to help make Picture Day run smoothly? We’re looking for one or two volunteers to assist by walking students to meet our photographer. It’s a fun way to be involved, see all the students, and help them feel comfortable on their special day!

One week until the Alderwood Dolphin Dash, our school’s annual move-a-thon – Friday, Oct 4 12:00-2:30 PM!! Every student will receive an Alderwood t-shirt at the event. 

Did you know that the Dolphin Dash is hosted and funded by the Alderwood PTA? Our PTA is made up of volunteers from our school community and is fully funded by local businesses and donors. However, we are looking for your help too if it is something you can provide. 

Can you consider donating to the PTA to help support the Dolphin Dash and the t-shirt cost? Perhaps you have a friend or family member that can give? Maybe you can make a post on social media linking to the PTA donation page. Whatever you are able to do is appreciated! Any amount will go directly to support our school community.
